What is an FPV Tour?

FPV stands for ‘First Person View’, in our case from the perspective of an unmanned aircraft, more commonly known as a drone. The tour refers to a video of a location, usually filmed as an all-in-one shot and showcasing a location in its entirety. At fpvtours.co.uk, we shoot tours at a variety of locations, including venues, hotels, events, theatres, places of natural beauty, real estate, film & TV shoots, music videos, tracking cars/boats/aircraft as well as other privately owned locations.

Unlike regular quadcopter drone footage, an FPV drone film gives an audience the feeling that they’re actually swooping, banking and diving with the aircraft like a bird would majestically navigate its territory, moving with real pace or slowing to consider areas of interest, creating shots with a smooth cinematic feel. This can effectively and immediately engage & captivate today's short-form content consuming audience.
